Dr O’Donoghue is a PhD scientist who is shaping the world for the better. She is founder of Votechnik an award winning company who has developed and patented the first ever automated technology for LCD recycling using robotics. Her fundamental understanding of materials systems is intertwined with revolutionary vision for the market to deliver the circular economy through technologies and business models. She contributes in a multifaceted approach to enable positive revolutionary change in the market from stents of fundamental research with the University of Limerick, and business development with EIT RawMaterials to Policy impacts as a member of the EC’s Operational Expert Group.
