Biography
Philipp Offenberg is Senior Manager at Breakthrough Energy and leads the organization’s EU policy and Germany work. He joined BE in 2020 and is based in Brussels. Between 2016 and 2019, he worked at the European Commission as energy and climate policy adviser in the strategy department of then EC President Jean- Claude Juncker. Prior to that he worked as Associate on EU energy policy at the Jacques Delors Institute Berlin.
