Kerstin Eckert has studied physics at TU Dresden and received her PhD in experimental physics at OvGuericke University Magdeburg. Since 2016 she is professor for Transport Processes at Interfaces at TU Dresden and depart-menthead at the Helmholtz-Center Dresden-Rossendorf. The research in her group is devoted to the multi-phase flows in resource technologies, such as flotation, magnetic separation, and in hydrogen production. Kerstin Eckert is the coordinator of two EU projects in mineral processing: RIA Project FineFuture (821265) and the EID FlotSim (955805).
