Dr. Sanna Uusitalois an IPMA certified Project manager in Optical measurements team at VTT. She did her MSc in Physics and her PhD in Optoelectronics and measurement technologies research group, both at University of Oulu, Finland. She is a Senior Research Scientist and her research interests include different spectroscopic measurement technologies including Raman, NIR and hyperspectral imaging. The subject of her dissertation was surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy for detection of microbes. After dissertation , she continued her research with development of Raman spectroscopy for raw material research. She has taken part in 17 peer reviewed papers. She is the VTT project manager of Goldeneye project and the leader of the work package for Goldeneye project Specifications.
