Since 2019, Luc Leboeufis the Director of the International Affairs and Trade Division in the Lands and Minerals Sector (LMS) of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). Prior to this, Luc worked a little over two years at the Privy Council Office's Operations Secretariat, where he was responsible to support the Prime Minister's Office on economic development and trade issues. He spent the previous 11 years at NRCan, including six of them in LMS’ Strategic Policy Division, where he helped initiate the Canadian Minerals and Metals Plan. He holds a M.A. degree in Policy Analysis and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Laval University (Québec city).
