Didier Zimmermann is the Director of the Education and Innovation unit at EIT RawMaterials since 2021, and previously he managed the Central CLC Innovation Hub based in Metz. Before joining the Institute of Innovation and Technology in 2015, he built up and managed the Technology Transfer Office of the Université de Lorraine in France, and by leading previously many R&D and innovation programmes for 15 years, he actively participated in the development of start-up, SMEs, and large companies in different industrial sectors. Didier Zimmermann studied at the Université de Strasbourg in France where he got his PhD in Chemistry, as well as a Master’s degree in Business and Administration.
