Tore Malo Ødegård holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economy and Technology Management from Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has since 2017 worked in the family-owned Norsk Mineral / Hustadlitt group which is involved in mineral industry, renewable energy, real estate and finance. He is currently CFO in Rare Earths Norway, part of the Hustadlitt group, which holds the mineral rights for a major part of the Fen Carbonatite Complex in Norway. Further, he is coordinator for the EIT Raw Materials project RareGreen, a project run together with Carester (France), Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway).
