EU LIFE info days 2026

The 2026 LIFE Calls for proposals will be published in April. Join the #EULIFE26 info days from 28 to 30 April! This event is organised by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) to inform and support potential applicants. Dedicated information sessions will provide insights into the four LIFE sub-programmes, highlight the Calls' priority topics for 2026 and give advice on how to prepare a good proposal for your project. The info days will be live-streamed and the questions from the audience will be answered live via slido.com.

Registrations will open on 2nd March 2026 on this platform.

LIFE Programme

The LIFE programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action. Created in 1992, it has co-financed thousands of projects. The LIFE programme 2021-2027 is managed by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) and has a budget of €5.4 billion. It is divided into four sub-programmes:

  • Nature and biodiversity
  • Circular economy and quality of life
  • Climate change mitigation and adaptation
  • Clean energy transition

More detailed information on the LIFE programme is available on the CINEA Website.
