The European Climate, Infrastructure, and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) presents the agenda for the Horizontal and Financial sessions of the LIFE24 Welcome Meeting.
Organised by the CINEA LIFE TEAM, both sessions are designed to assist successful LIFE applicants in initiating their project implementation processes.
The agenda consists of the following parts:
- Horizontal Session: taking place from 30 September to 1 October 2025, this two half-day online session will introduce essential features to help all LIFE24 beneficiaries begin implementing their projects. It is open to all staff of the consortium members relevant to the implementation of the projects.
- Financial Session: Scheduled for 2 October 2025, this half-day online session will focus on financial management and is rather targeted at administrative and financial managers.

Financial session: 2 October 2025
DAY 3 – Thursday, 02 October 2025 (all projects + LIFE 21; LIFE 22; LIFE 23)
The purpose of this session is to complement the information provided during the previous Welcome meeting on 1-2 October 2024 by providing further information on relevant aspects of the Grant Agreement related to financial issues (eligibility of costs, payments and reporting). It will also cover amendments, suspensions and terminations, and include time for questions and answers. The target audience includes project staff involved in overall project management and financial and budgetary follow-up.
