WM PPT Instructions to LIFE Beneficiaries

The provided PowerPoint template should be used by LIFE Project Beneficiaries to present their projects at the LIFE Welcome Meeting - Thematic sessions only. Since creating a comprehensive and visually appealing presentation can take several weeks, Beneficiaries are encouraged to start preparing their slides as soon as possible. This process includes incorporating feedback from the external monitoring expert and CINEA to ensure the presentation is both informative and engaging.

PPT Deadline: LIFE project Beneficiaries must email their PowerPoint presentation to the external monitoring expert by noon on Friday, September 5, at the latest (feel welcome to email it earlier). After the initial review and feedback from the external monitoring expert, the presentation will be submitted to CINEA for further review. CINEA may provide additional comments, which should be incorporated. Once this review process is complete, the presentation will be "locked for presentation," and no further changes will be allowed. The finalised PPT will be used to present the project at the physical meeting in Brussels in October 2025.

PPT Instructions: The provided PowerPoint template includes detailed instructions. Please read and follow these instructions carefully, as CINEA expects them to be adhered to. While you may change the slides' layout, do not alter the template by adding or removing slides. If you need to modify the template (such as adding or removing slides), contact your external monitoring expert well before the submission deadline of 5 September 2025, to discuss the proposed changes. Note that CINEA may authorise slight modifications to the template in rare cases. In case you wish to produce a video instead of a ppt, please use the same time (max. 5 minutes duration) and structure/content (as the ppt). The video should be either in English or have English subtitles.
