Presentation guidelines - Thematic Sessions: Parallel Working Groups

During the parallel working groups sessions, you will be required to deliver a PowerPoint presentation on your project

• Template: A dedicated presentation template is available for download here
• Instructions:The provided PowerPoint template includes detailed instructions. Please follow them meticulously, as CINEA expects them to be adhered to. While you may change the slides' layout, do not alter the template by adding or removing slides. If you need to modify the template (such as adding or removing slides), contact your external monitoring expert well before the submission deadline to discuss the proposed changes. Note that CINEA may authorise slight modifications to the template in rare cases. In case you wish to produce a video instead of a ppt, please use the same time (max. 15 minutes duration) and structure/content (as the ppt). The video should be either in English or have English subtitles.
• Submission deadline: your completed presentation (in .ppt format) must be submitted to your Expert Monitor by close of business on 8 September 2026 at the latest.
• Duration: presentations must not exceed 15 minutes.

Given the time required to prepare a comprehensive and visually engaging presentation,  we strongly advise begin working on your slides at your earliest convenience.
