The European Community of Practice on Partnership (ECoPP) is a group set up by the European Commission, to further improve the quality of partnership in the implementation of Cohesion Policy across Europe, and to promote the exchange of good practices – in view of Article 18 of the European Code of Conduct on Partnership. 

The ECoPP consists of representatives of managing authorities and coordination bodies nominated by the Member States, as well as partners that are mentioned in Article 8 of the Common Provisions Regulation (CPR 2021-2027) such as regional, local, urban authorities, social and economic partners, civil society organisations, research organisations, and universities. The community meets once a year in the setting of the plenary meeting and works in sub-groups / task forces throughout the year.

The 5th Plenary Meeting of the European Community of Practice on Partnership is taking place exclusively in person in Brussels.

The event will be web streamed, however no participation via collaborative media platforms is envisaged.
